Marcus brings hands-on residential repair experience and focuses on foundation movement, wall conditions, and structural repair work. He is a longtime Midlands resident who spends weekends coaching his daughter's youth soccer team and working on small woodworking projects at home.

We start by listening to what you have noticed. During an evaluation, we focus on the visible symptoms and the conditions that may be connected to them, including drainage, moisture, crawl spaces, foundation walls, slabs, and other accessible areas.
From there, we explain what we found and discuss reasonable next steps. If repair is appropriate, we describe the work in plain language. If a concern can be monitored or addressed another way, we say that too. Our goal is to make a complicated home problem easier to understand.
